Milltown Paper

Milltown Paper is a paper converting and sales company in Neenah, WI specializing in transforming rolls of paper into custom products, including reclaiming and converting imperfect and overstock paper into profitable goods. They reached out looking for a replacement to their existing ERP, PaperSoft.

William (CEO) and Joe (Lead Founding Engineer) deployed to their plant for a week and customized the full OES to Milltown's specific workflows. The Milltown OES includes an RFQ paper matching engine that searches across their 211,000-row parts inventory to find the best match for incoming quote requests, an intelligent document processing pipeline for extracting data from roll movement reports, and a reject inventory report processor that uses vision AI to pull data from scanned documents. All of this plugs directly into their existing Outlook inbox through a custom add-in.

Milltown now runs quoting and order entry through Arzana, replacing manual lookups and spreadsheet-based processes with automated matching and classification. What used to require sifting through thousands of inventory rows by hand now happens in seconds.
